Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) examines your behaviour and the way that you think. It is a solution-based therapy. Therefore, we will actively work together towards confronting the issue. It will involve some practical/written exercises and possibly homework. CBT has been proven as an effective short-term solution to mental challenges. If practiced enough, the results can be long lasting change.
Please contact your therapist at least 1 day in advance if you would like to cancel or reschedule and appointment. Unless it's an absolute emergency, you may loose your advance payment. Your therapist will also provide advance notice of 1 day, should there be a need to cancel or reschedule your session.
